Located in San Francisco Fillmore District, State Bird Provisions is an urban-rustic storefront setting for a changing menu of American small plates served dim-sum style. From husband-and-wife team Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski, State Bird Provisions started as a recipe for serving quail and has slowly evolved into a restaurant without any programmed elements.
